Shadow Security & Services was established in 2017 by Miss. Neha Singh. From the company’s inception it’s Proprietor and senior management made the decision to focus all their efforts to brand the name Shadow so that it would be recognized and associated with the provision of Facilities Management services to those involved in the private and public sector.

Shadow has now grown to become leading Facilities Management company specializing in the Corporate and residences.

Our primary aim is to develop long-term working partnerships with our customers and help them achieve success through a ‘one team one vision’.

The training includes elements of security, Security of cash and property , investigations procedure, Uses of Electronics devices, Security cover to Group , VIP , VVIP and celebrity, first-aid ,fire fighting, self defiance , importance of hygiene and sanitations , maintenance and cleaning of various types of premises , using of cleaning materials.

Supervision

Supervision is equally importance in order to provide quality service . In this regard we have Control Room and strong operation team of supervisors and inspectors who are constantly checking our assignment and checking of our service staff.

Client Service

To provide better and efficient service as per our motto, We are obtaining Customer Satisfaction Report (CSR), wherein free and frank opinion of our clients can be obtained to improve our service , by taking remedial measures on above said reports.
